摘要

Objective: The Current Research Investigated the Impact of Knowledge ManagementDimensions on Organizational learning in the Jahrom University of Medical Sciences.Method: Using multiple regressions, organizational learning measured by calculatingaverages of organizational learning items. Then knowledge management dimensionsincluding human dimension, process, and technology inserted as independent variablesrespectively. Results: results showed that 3 dimensions of knowledge managementpredict 81.3 % of changes in organizational learning. The variables of process, humandimension, and technology had the most significant impacts respectively.
