Nowadays, considering the wide commercial competition among companies,customization of products and services is regarded as a crucial problem. That is to saycompanies must recognize customers’ demands and implement them in their productstechnical requirements. Furthermore; to apply the products technical requirements,companies must resolve the technical requirements conflicts as soon as possible. Thecurrent study provides researchers an instrument for designing customizedtransformers in Transfo Company. In this regard, first, fuzzy QFD tool isimplemented. In the House Of Quality matrix process, fuzzy analytic hierarchicalprocess (FAHP) is implemented for weighting customers’ requirements and advanceddecision-making software is used for calculating adaption coefficients, respectively.But there are some conflicts among technical requirements to satisfy customerrequirements. So, TRIZ instrument is used for resolving the conflicts among technicalrequirements in short time based on the customer requirements priorities. Regardingits purpose and data collection method, this research is an operational case study. Thisresearch statistical population consists of Transfo company’s experts that are familiarwith designing of customized transformers. Due to expert’s limited number, nosample selection method was used. Questionnaires’ validity was confirmed and theirpermanence was proved through calculating adaption coefficient.
