ConventionalgroundlevelrabbitshedsarecommoninIndia.Structuraldetailsofaconventionalimprovisedgroundlevelrabbitshedandimprovisedraisedplatformshedwerefurnished.Thetemperature,relativehumidityandairvelocityintheindooratmosphereofbothshedsweremeasuredandcomparedwithoutsideatmosphere.nbsp;Themeanmaximumtemperatureinsidetheraisedplatformis1.3oCmorethanconventionalgroundlevelhouse,buttheadvantageofmoreairmovementhelptokeepthehousecomforttorabbits.Raisedplatformrabbithouseshouldbesurroundedbysufficienttreestoreduceindoormaximumtemperatureintropicalsemi-aridclimate.
