：Objective To investigate the effect of Vaseline gauze combined with MEBO for skin lesions of pemphigus. Methods 〓Totally 60 patients with skin lesions of pemphigus were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received routine care during treatment, and those in the observation group received a dressing solution with Vaseline gauze combined with MEBO. The area of skin lesions, exudates and pain level were evaluated before and at 7 days after treatment. Results 〓After a seven-day intervention, the scores about area of skin lesions, exudates and pain level were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The dressing method with Vaseline gauze and MEBO is effective to improve the healing of skin lesions and reduce the pain of patients with pemphigus.
