俯卧位联合湿润烧伤膏在新生儿重度臀红护理中的应用

摘要

：Objective To investigate the effect of prone position combined with external application of MEBO(moisture exposed burn ointment)on severe diaper dermatitis in neonates. Methods 〓Totally 86 neonates with severe diaper dermatitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 43 cases in each group. Neonates were placed in the infant incubator. The buttock skin of the neonate was cleaning and dried after urine and defecation. In the control group, the buttock skin was covered by paper diaper after external application of MEBO ointment. In the treatment group, neonates took the prone position and their buttock skin was exposed after external application of MEBO ointment. The efficacy of interventions on the recovery of diaper dermatitis was evaluated, and the incidence of abnormal crying was compared between two groups. Results 〓The overall efficacy rate was 86.05%(37/43)in the treatment group and 62.79%(27/43)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). The incidence of abnormal crying was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(6.98% vs. 25.58%, P0.05). Conclusion 〓The external application of MEBO combined with prone position is effective in treatment of severe diaper dermatitis in neonates.
