穴位按摩在胃镜检查中的应用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage for patient receiving gastroscopy. Methods A total of 76 patients receiving gastroscopy were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 38 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care and the acupoint massage was provided in the study group additionally. The changes in blood pressure and heart rate were measured. The symptom of pain, nausea and vomiting was observed during gastroscopy. Results There was an increase in blood pressure and heart rate in both of two groups after intervention, and patients in the study group with a smaller ranger compared with those in the control group(P0.05 or P0.01). The proportion of patients with moderate or severe uncomfortable symptom was 21.05%(8/38)in the study, which was lower than that of 52.63%(20/38)in the control group(P0.01). Conclusion Application of acupoint massage is potentially effective to alleviate uncomfortable symptom such as pain, nausea and vomiting induced by gastroscopy.
