Abstract:Objective To investigate the nursing measures for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 82 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 41 cases in each group. Both two groups were given routing nursing cared during perioperative period, and the targeted nursing measures were applied in the observation group. The operation time, postoperative complications and satisfaction degree to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in operation time between two groups(P0.05). The incidence of incision infection, hypercapnia and gastrointestinal adverse reaction was lower in the observation group than that of controls, but with no significant difference(P0.05). the nursing satisfaction rate was 97.56%(40/41)in the observation group and was 85.37%(35/41)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Application of targeted nursing measures is effective to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
