Abstract:Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation for patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) by combined treatment of anticoagulation and thrombolytic therapy. Methods A total of 76 patients with STEMI were randomly divided into control group (n=38) and observation group (n=38). All the patients were treated with anticoagulation and thrombolytic therapy, the control group was given routine nursing, and observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. Length of stay in emergency department, emergencythrombolysis time and hospital stay were compared between two groups, and incidence of complications was observed. Results In the observation group, length of stay in emergency department, emergencythrombolysis time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05). Incidence rates of heart failure, cardiac shock and subcutaneous hematoma in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the nursing cooperation for STEMI patients with anticoagulation and thrombolysis intervention can increase the efficiency of emergency treatment, reduce the risk of complications and shorten the process of rehabilitation of patients.
