摘要

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the implementation of nursing practice based on precautionary interventions in nursing care of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 〓To develop the nursing practice of acute myocardial infarction based on precautionary interventions and to implement the nursing practice standards since April, 2017. The comprehensive performance of nurses, time cost before admission to the catheterization lab, satisfactory degree of patients were assessed before intervention(January, 2017 to March, 2017)and after intervention(April, 2017 to June, 2017; October, 2017 to December, 2017). Results 〓Nurses achieved a better comprehensive performance after implementation of nursing practice standards(u=-2.566,P0.05;u=-2.387,P0.05). There was a reduced time cost before admission to the catheterization lab(t=3.052,P0.01;t=3.575,P0.01)and increased satisfactory degree of patients(χ2=4.945,P0.05;χ2=4.516,P0.05)after implementation. Conclusion 〓Implementation of nursing practice based on precautionary interventions may reduce the time cost before admission to the catheterization lab, therefore improving the nursing quality of acute myocardial infarction.
