Abstract:Objective To Systematically review the influence of local pressing on local subcutaneous hemorrhage after subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin. Methods The relevant controlled trials about the relationship between local compression and local subcutaneous hemorrhage after injecting low molecular weight heparin were searched in the databases of CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Database. The data of included studies were extracted strictly and assessed by risk evaluation tools. The pooled OR and 95%CI were calculated by Meta-analysis. Results A total of 12 articles were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed no significant difference in the occurrence of subcutaneous hemorrhage between group with local pressing and that without local pressing(odds ratio was 0.64, 95%confidence interval 0.35~1.17, P0.05). Conclusion The local pressing may have no impact on local subcutaneous hemorrhage after subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin. It is still required to carry out large-sample and high quality controlled trials for further evidence.
