整体护理在呼吸衰竭患者中的应用

Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of holistic nursing for patients with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 65 patients with respiratory failure were given symptomatic treatment and holistic nursing. Therapeutic conditions and complications were recorded, and blood-gas analysis indexes and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHE II)score were compared before and 1 week after interventions. Results The effective rate was 86.2%(56/65), and the incidence of complications was 4.6%(3/65). One week after interventions, arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and pH were increased while arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO2)and APACHE II score were decreased compared with those before treatment, with significant differences(P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion Application of holistic nursing in the clinical treatment of respiratory failure can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, improve patients’ quality of life and be beneficial to their early rehabilitation.
