护理健康处方在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中的应用

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of health prescription in nursing care of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 300 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 150 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional health education manual and routine health education activities. Patients in the observation group were given health care prescription based on individual conditions, in associated with health education activities. The hospitalization indexes and recurrence rate were compared between two groups. The knowledge level of coronary heart disease and selfcontrol ability were assessed. Results The observation group had a shorter length of stay and lower hospitalization cost compared with those of controls (P＜0.05). There were 7 and 20 cases of rehospitalization as diseased recurrence in the observation group and the control group, respectively. After nursing intervention, patients in the observation group achieved higher score of disease knowledge assessment and more times of exercise therapy compared with those of controls (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The calories intake and number of cigarettes per day were lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion The application of nursing health prescription is beneficial to the recovery of patients with coronary heart disease, and to improve their disease awareness and selfcontrol ability.
