：Objective To investigate the humanistic care strategies for patients undergoing chemotherapy for acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL). Methods 〓Totally 112 ALL patients were divided into the control group(n=56)and the study group(n=56). During the period of chemotherapy, all patients received routine care, and those in the study group were given humanistic care interventions. The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS)were compared between two groups. Results 〓After the intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS were decreased in both two groups, and were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P0.01). Patients in the study group achieved lower factors scores of RPFS-C compared with those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The humanistic care strategies can effectively relieve the negative emotion and cancer-related fatigue of ALL patients undergoing chemotherapy.
