：Objective To compare the cleaning efficacy between multi-enzyme detergent and alkaline enzyme-containing detergent in the cleaning of video rhino-laryngoscope. Methods 〓Two cases of video rhino-laryngoscope were labeled and assigned to the observation group(red lable)and the control group(red lable). In the observation group, the alkaline enzyme-containing detergent was used in the cleaning of reusable video rhino-laryngoscope for 85 times. In the control group, the multi-enzyme detergent was adopted in the cleaning of reusable video rhino-laryngoscope for 76 times. The cleaning efficacy of two different detergents was assessed. Results 〓According to results of smear test, test for residual protein and test by Jieli papers, the qualified rate of cleaning was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓Compared with the multi-enzyme detergent, alkaline enzyme-containing detergent shows a better cleaning efficacy in the cleaning of video rhino-laryngoscope.
