快速康复外科护理在胆道探查术围术期的应用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of nursing interventions based on fast track surgery for patients with bile duct exploration during perioperative period. Methods A total of 66 patients with bile duct exploration were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care during perioperative period while the nursing intervention based on fast track surgery was applied in the study group. The surgical condition and postoperative complication were observed and compared between two groups. Results Patients in the study group had shorter length of stay, earlier time to first diet and earlier time of defecation compared with those in the control group, with significant difference(P0.05). the incidence of postoperative complication was 6.1%(2/33)in the study group and was 24.2%(8/33)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion nursing interventions based on fast track surgery is potentially effective to reduce the length of stay and risk of postoperative complications in patients with bile duct exploration.
