：Objective To summarize the nursing management of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab for the treatment of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP). Methods 〓Totally 35 cases of ROP(67 eyes)undergoing intravitreal injection of ranibizumab under the general anesthesia were included in this study. All pediatric patients received comprehensive nursing care during the treatment period and follow-up. Results 〓The intravitreal injection of ranibizumab was successfully performed in all pediatric patients. The ventilator support was successfully removed within 1 or 2 hours after the operation, and there was no ocular bleeding or infection occurred. After 1-year follow-up, all patients were recovered, in which 1 case undergoing laser photocoagulation for postoperative recurrence. Conclusion 〓It is required to carry out comprehensive nursing interventions during intravitreal injection of ranibizumab for the treatment of ROP.
