综合护理干预在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者护理中的应用

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the comprehensive nursing interventions in patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients with dysphagia after stroke were selected and randomly divided into the study group (n=32) and the control group (n=28). The control group was given conventional treatment, and the study group was applied with comprehensive nursing interventions including diet care, mental care and swallowing functional training. The dysphagia score of patients assessed by Saito's “clinical classification of dysphagia severity” before intervention and 2 weeks, 1 month and 2 months after intervention were compared between two groups. Results The score based on Saito's classification were higher in the study group than that in the control group at 2 weeks, 1 month and 2 months after intervention. the overall efficacy rate was 96.87%(31/32) in the study group and was 75.00%(21/28) in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the swallowing function in patients with dysphagia after stroke.
