摘要

A majority of patients who experienced RR encounters did not have prior documented resuscitation goals, with a significant proportion (27.5%) requiring escalation of care via the intensive care or coronary care units. This emphasises the importance of prior discussions surrounding resuscitation goals to facilitate patient- centred care.
