In article approach to an assessment of a sustainable development of the small oil companies of a summary indicator of a sustainable development is considered. In article the description of algorithm of an assessment of a sustainable development of the small oil companies which allows to determine the level of stability of the company is given and to estimate a vector of an orientation of actions in the field of a sustainable development of the company. In a method of calculation of stability of development of the small oil companies the complex indicator of a sustainable development is offered to count on a formula so-so arithmetic idle time taking into account identical importance of economic, social and ecological stability. For ensuring comparability differently of dimensional indicators in technique growth rates of indicators are used. Data of indicators in blocks of economic, social and ecological stability in one integrated indicator are carried out on the basis of calculation so-so arithmetic weighed taking into account weight znachimost of indicators. The indicators considering specifics of the small oil companies and branch specifics of an oil complex were added to the existing technique, in particular, such component of economic stability as tax stability is entered. Factors of a sustainable development of the small oil companies, among which financial, tax, investment, business and production technology factors are allocated. Ranging of factors taking into account the importance of their influence on a sustainable development of the small oil companies is carried out.On the example of the small oil companies of JSC Akmay, JSC Oil Company Alyans, JSC Nenets Oil Company calculation of integrated indicators of a sustainable development and the generalized indicator of a sustainable development is perfromed, problems of a sustainable development are defined and the complex of actions for increase of their stability is offered.
