Use of the superficially active agents (surfactants) in processes of production, preparation and transport of oil is well known. One of important points at use of reagents, and surfactant in particular, is definition influence of the tested structures on stabilization a water oil emulsion (WOE). Therefore studying of processes of formation of micro emulsions is very actual task. In this work oil capacity and stability of water solutions of the anion surface-active substances of a domestic production is considered. For testing as anion surfactant was developed and synthesized the synergetic multicomponent structure including one functional sodium salts of carbonic C14-C18 acids, one – two – three – and four functional sodium salts of β-alcansulfat of C14-C18, an functional alkali salts of polyols and buffer electrolytes. At creation of this complex surface-active substance approach according to a current “Green chemistry” was applied and as basic raw materials exclusively vegetable raw materials were used. In process formation of an emulsion and research of its properties crude oil from a field of R. Trebs and A. Titov about the content of water less than 0.3% of masses was used. In article influence of concentration of surfactant in the range from 0.2 to 1.0% mas on process of formation of a water oil emulsion is studied, it is investigated its action on stabilization of a water-oil emulsion and the kinetics of destruction of WOE during time of equal 10 minutes is shown. It is shown that the developed and studied surface-active substance of complex action on the shown properties in concentration higher than 0.5% of masses forms a micro emulsion which on Winzor’s classification belongs to type III and can be applied in processes of an intensification of oil production.
