THE COMPLEX FINAL QUALIFYING WORKS AS AN INSTRUMENT OF COMPETENCE APPROACH IN EDUCATION

The article reveals the continuity of the educational process in the training of graduate university – earlier a specialist – now Bachelor. The possibility of maintaining the quality of graduate training in modern educational standard was analyzed, in particular through the implementation of comprehensive final qualifying works. The advantage of doing complex work is to form a common cultural and professional competencies for bachelors in economics and technical fields for undergraduate training. Advantages and difficulties of writing complex works are researched. The problems of interaction (team building and working in chains “teacher1 – teacher2”, “student1 – student2”, etc.) and coordination in the educational process of the two study programs are marked. The authors have developed a scheme of cooperation in making up of complex qualification work, which could be implemented thru the university paper about complex qualification issue. The scheme consists of three phases: preparation, execution and a finale. The first stage is the longest in time and large due to the set of tasks that need to be worked by each complex work participant. The article also reflects the changes in the structure of the complex work Bachelor economist or manager and Bachelor of technical training areas in comparison with the conventional structure of final qualifying work. Comprehensive work contains a mandatory part – the so-called technical task. It has examples when complex work can be initiated by order of the engineering department or by the Department of Economics. In order to increase the practical relevance and feasibility of the results of complex qualifying works it was proposed to attract the potential employers and persons directly interested in the results.
