摘要

To improve the durability of the critical impor-tance constructions, it is necessary to analyze how workingconditions and material properties are influencing thestrength and reliability of these constructions. In the con-struction the fatigue damage under low cycling loading isone of the most frequent failure mode. Because the accu-mulation of plastic strain generally occurs in small vol-umes of the material, particularly in parts and structuresnear the stress concentrators, such as geometrical disconti-nuities, shoulders, keyways, oil holes, welded joints, tech-nological, welded and foundry defects, termed notches [1 -4]. Those components are surrounded by the elasticallydeformed material. That is why the conditions of loadingwith limited strain in these areas are similar to real con-structions and machines.
