摘要

To develop novel materials such as graphene sheets and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) too many studies are in progress in this modem field of research [1]. The single-layer graphene sheet (SLGS) is comprised of a monolayer of carbon atoms arranged periodically and uniformly in a hexagonal honeycomb mode. The hexagonal nanostructure of SLGS with the high strength of the carbon-carbon cova-lent bond creates a strong material, two hundred times harder than steel [2].
