The parotid gland is the most frequent site of metastatic disease among the salivary glands. Malignant melanoma and squamous cell carcinoma are the two most common primary tumors. Metastatic adenocarcinoma in the parotid gland has rarely been reported. The authors present a histologically proven case of bilateral parotid metastatic carcinoma from breast. Even more striking, the metastases were coexistent with also rare, concomitant oncocytosis.
