Method of surgical treatment of common skin cancer parotid area with metastases in the lymph nodes NECK

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to oncology, can be applied in operations caused by disseminated skin cancer of parotid area with metastases into lymph nodes of neck. Method includes excision of tumour in the limits of healthy tissues and simultaneous circular-fascial excision of cellular tissue and lymph nodes of neck. After ablation of tumour access to neck for excision of cellular tissue and lymph nodes is performed by cutting skin in parotid area. Cut is continued downward from the level of auricle tragus to the angle of lower jaw. In accordance with direction of force lines of neck skin, cut is turned in arc-like way frontwards and finish in the area of fixation of medial pedicle of sternocleidomastoid muscle to sternum. Parotid-cervical skin-fatty flap which is formed in the result of tissue preparation after ablation of cellular tissue and lymph nodes of neck is mobilised upwards. It is used to cover vast defect of skin and soft tissues of parotid area.;EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to improve functional and esthetic results without application of additional cuts on face, and eliminating difficulty in head movements in future due to formation of physiologic post-operation scar.;1 ex, 4 dwg
