Pigmented Villonodular Synovitis (PVNS) is an uncommon condition of the foot. PVS of the foot accounts for 2% of all cases. We present the case of a 26 year-old male who was found to have pigmented villonodular synovitis of the second metatarsophalangeal joint. Although a high incidence is reported in the literature, the patient underwent surgical excision with no known reoccurrence to date.
