摘要

The article presents the results of the work on the evaluation of the wear of the contact wire in the areas of alternating current during the operation of the electromotive force equipped with different types of contact lining pantograph. The authors found that prior to the beginning of the experiment there was an exceeding of the standard for wear of the contact wire in 1,37 times. During the course of the work in circulation at the experimental site there were about 30% of the electromotive structure equipped with strips of pantographs from the material "Romanite-UHFL". This made it possible to create a protective conductive film and, as a result, to significantly reduce the wear of the contact wire.
