PurposeTo compare single-level circumferential spinal fusion using pedicle (n?=?27) versus low-profile minimally invasive facet screw (n?=?35) posterior instrumentation.MethodA prospective two-arm cohort study with 5-year outcomes as follow-up was conducted.
