摘要

Tuberculosis is a well known public health problem.?However, the diagnose?of this disease usually takes too long time. And, the?specificity?is not good enough. So it is extremely urgent to develop a diagnose method?to detect?tuberculosis?accurately.?In this study, we used?rEC?(recombinant of ESAT-6 and CFP10 fusion protein)?and rCM(recombinant of CFP21 and MPT64 fusion protein) as antigens in enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent?assays (ELISA)?to detect tubercular, healthy people and household contacts serum. We used fusion protein rCM and rEC to detect different group serum. We established?an ELISA detecting system based on this two fusion proteins.We find an?efficacious way?to?detect?the latent?Tuberculosis?infection, providing a new method to detect?tuberculosis.
