This paper introduces an intelligent extraction of Maximum Power Point Tracking by using fuzzy logic from astandalone hybrid generation power system comprising of a permanent magnet synchronous generator branch basedwind turbine and a photovoltaic generator branch compared to the conventional hill climb search (HCS) and Perturband Observe (P&O) algorithms respectively. The fuzzy controller for solar wind MPPT scheme shows a high precisionin current transition and keeps the voltage without any changes, in variable-load case, represented in small steadystate error and small overshoot. The proposed scheme ensures optimal use of photovoltaic (PV) array and PMSGwind proves its efficacy in variable load conditions, unity and lagging power factor at the inverter output (load)side. The performance of the proposed FLC based MPPT operation are compared to those of the conventional P&Oand HCS for photovoltaic and Wind respectively. The results show that the proposed FLC based MPPT schemeaccurately track the reference signal.
