The main task of introducing information technologies into the accounting and analyticalprocesses of an enterprise is to organize the processing of baseline data into reliableand timely information intended to making effective management decisions using the latestsoftware and hardware. The main purpose of using such tools is to inform managers in thesearch, selection and making informed decisions in accordance with the objectives, strategyand tactics of the company. The article describes the composition of an automated system thatincludes the means of storage, operational and intellectual analysis, as well as the possibilityof using management accounting methods in the information and analytical processes of anenterprise, in particular, in automating the process of forming and executing production plansand selling products.
