The article deals with the problems of regional economy as a whole and the system's"urban-rural" in particular. The aim of this work is to define areas of mutually beneficiallong-term cooperation between economic entities of the towns and villages on the basis of aneffective long-term cooperation. The main methods of the study should be assumed monographic,deduction, induction, analogy and comparison. The results of research can be used inthe economic activities of enterprises, as well as educational and scientific work in the field ofeconomics, management, organization of the regional economy.
