In this work, the structural-parametric model and the parametric structural schematic diagram of the multilayer electromagnetoelastic actuator for nanomechatronics are received. The purpose of the research is to obtain structural-parametric model of the multilayer electromagnetoelastic actuator for the nanomechatronics systems. The method of mathematical physics is used to solve the matrix equation of the multilayer electromagnetoelastic actuator for its structural-parametric model.
