Elastic and strength properties of metal rubber material

摘要

MR material is a porous structure obtained by cold pressing of blanks from metal spiral into elastic elements finished by shape and size, which further will be formed into vibration isolators. The application efficiency of vibration isolators based on the MR material in the vibration isolation systems is mainly determined by its elastic and strength properties. This paper deals with experimental work, the relationship between technological and operational parameters is based on the similarity theory and dimensional analysis. The results of the study for practical use are obtained in closed form.
