摘要

ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized by the electrochemical method. The samples were synthesized atdifferent electrochemical conditions, i.e. time and the voltages. The different topologies were obtained.The photo induced piezoelectricity was studied during illumination by the 10 ns nitrogen laser atwavelength 371 nm. The strong dependence on the topology was observed. Crystallochemical aspectsof the observed IV-laser piezoelectricity is discussed.
