摘要

A highly sensitive electrochemical sensor for detecting indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) was constructedbased on the composite of poly(N-methyl-3,4-dihydrothieno[3,4-b][1,4]oxazine) (PMDTO) andreduced graphene oxide (RGO) (PMDTO/RGO). The PMDTO/RGO modified electrode was preparedby electrochemical polymerization of MDTO followed by the electrochemical reduction GO in theirhomogeneous aqueous solution. SEM demonstrated that PMDTO was covered with plate-likegraphene through the two-step electrodeposition. The RGO, featuring large surface area and excellentconductivity, could not only improve the conductivity of the sensor, but also load more PMDTO toamplify the signal. The fabricated electrochemical sensor showed a low detection limit of 3×10-8 Mand a wide linear range from 0.1 to 10 μM for the recognition of IAA.
