摘要

Direct detection of triclosan-methyl has been carried out at nano TiO2 bilayer film (nano TiO2-IR 786iodide dye) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Nano TiO2 bilayer film modified GCE wasfabricated by manually coating of TiO2 nanoparticles and following with the electrochemicaldeposition of IR-786 iodide dye. The nano TiO2 bilayer film modified GCE electrochemically activeand stable in various buffer solutions. The proposed film successfully detects the triclosan-methyl in0.1 M Na2CO3 (pH 11). Further it also detects the triclosan in real sample (tooth paste). The sensitivityand the detection limit of the nano TiO2 bilayer film modified GCE for the detection of triclosan- -1 methyl was found as 21 A mM and 5 M. Further the sensitivity and detection limit for triclosan-1 detection in the real sample at the nano TiO2 bilayer film modified GCE was found as 63 A mM and1 M.
