On the basis property of eigenfunction of the Frankl problem with nonlocal parity conditionsof the third kind

In the present paper, we obtain the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the Frankl problemwith a nonlocal parity condition of the third kind.we prove the minimalist, the completeness andRiesz basis of the eigenfunctions corresponding to the eigenvalues of the problem in the space( ).
