The Brazilian health system proposes actions to operationalize environmental health and worker, in order toaddress thecomplexity of thedisease processin the territories. The objective is to presentthe action researchas amethodological approach, facilitating theanalysis ofcomplexwebsof economic developmentand theimplications on labor, environment and healthincommunitiesin Brazilian Northeast.Action research is designed with a groupof 14subjects and wasconducted in theform of workshops.In making the research and development of linkages flowed propositions from the theory-reflection-action subjects.The method has a potential to denude complex problems related to environmental health and worker, it favors human interaction built the place in which he lives.
