Systematic Evaluation of Sustainable Development of Coal District Based upon Principal Component Analysis and Research on Countermeasures

摘要

Through comprehensive evaluation and classification of sustainable development capacity of coal districts, it has been found that districts rich in coal resource achieves no prosperity owing to rich resources but experience degradation of ecological environment, the so called ?resource curse?. The research has confirmed this phenomenon and proposed advices and countermeasures.
