Nonsurgical management of bilateral adrenal abscess in newborn with therapeutic aspiration under ultrasonographic guidance

Neonatal adrenal abscess is a rare condition. Bilateral adrenal abscess are extremely rare. We present this case focusing on the usefulness of needle aspiration under ultrasonographic guidance.
