摘要

FKBP5 has been shown to interact with childhood trauma to predict reactivity of the brain regions (left OFC, left MTG) in healthy participants. Increased volume of these regions may reflect neuroplasticity as a function of compensatory cognitions that help to reduce pathological anxiety.
