Towards a mixed methodology based on the groups of Vblog and Vwiki to the collaborative E-learning

E-learning 2.0 is a new model of teaching based on the Web 2.0 tools which can complete or replace traditional education. Moreover, it suffers from several problems such as the rapid discouragement of some learners due to the lack of self-confidence and the learners’ inexperience with this new teaching method. This article aims at proposing a methodology that combines the transmission approach to teach with the constructivist learning method through assembling the two collaborative tools that are Vblog and Vwiki in addition to the questionnaire. In this context, we suggest that the training should be divided into four phases. The first phase and second phase will be made on Vblog and will be concerned for creation of contents of course by the teacher in the first phase followed by learners in the second phase. The third phase will be made on the Vwiki and concern the validation by the teacher responsible of all contents produced by learners. The fourth and final phase controlled by the tutor will focus on training evaluation by learners through an electronic questionnaire. Other Web 2.0 tools such as social networking, podcasts, video casts, tags or RSS flux can be used at any time. This will improve the purely collaborative learning process which will implement a formal distance learning project.
