Human neural organoid model exhibiting early neural tube morphogenesis

TMR-CREB spots with the long residence time represent spe- cific binding of CREB to the genome of human cortical-like neurons. Thus, the present result demonstrates CREB dynamics in a sin- gle molecule level in human-derived cortical-like neurons, which would be the basis of studying a plasticity gene expression mech- anism in human cortical neurons from the evolutionary point of view.
