摘要

AP-1 pathway and can be key reg- ulators to the transmission. We screened various inflammatory factors and found that a factor A increased the transmission. We found that the factor A is responsible for the increasing secretion of a-synuclein via autophagy disruption. These finding provides inflammatory factor A contributes to dis- ease progression and drug targeting inflammatory factors can be new strategy to halt disease progression in PD.
