Two step treatment for giant malignant gastrointestinal stromal tumor: A case report

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) are the most frequentmesenchymal malignancies of the gastro-intestinal tract, it is avery rare disease in China, the morbidity no more than 3%, the inci-dence of around 1/100000/year. It has the characteristic of transfer,easy to recur and high rate of resistance. The purpose of this studywas present a case of giant MGIST with two step treatment andfully laparoscopy surgery for the giant MGIST.
