Theeffectofinterdiffusionandelectricfieldonresonantstatesandcurrent-voltagecharacteristicinGaAs/AlxGa1-xAsdouble-barrierstructureisinvestigated.TheSchr?dingerequationissolvedinthecomplexenergyapproachandtheresonanceenergies,aswellasthecorrespondingwavefunctionsareobtained.Thedependencesoftheresonanceenergiesandtheresonantcurrentdensityontheelectricfieldstrengthfordifferentvaluesofdiffusionlengthandtemperatureareobtained.Itisshownthatforcertainvaluesofdiffusionlengthandelectricfieldstrengththeappearanceofquasiboundstatesofsecondtypeandtheconversionofanumberofquasiboundstatesoffirsttypetocorrespondingstatesofsecondtypearepossible.Itisalsoshownthatatlowertemperaturesinterdiffusionleadstotheweakeningoftheeffectofelectricfieldontheresonantcurrentdensitywhileatroomtemperaturetheeffectofelectricfieldbecomesstrongerduetointerdiffusion.
