Early surgical exposure as a tool for learning anatomy

Many surgeons believe there has been a decline in undergraduate anatomy teaching standards over the past few decades, andstudents too have cited a lack of confidence in anatomical knowledge as areason for not considering a surgical career. This study aimed to assesswhether early surgical exposure could provide motivation and contextualisation for learning anatomy.
