Process Validation of Extra Power Pain Control Caplets

ABSTRACT Process validation is an important step to maintain the quality of final product. This work presents the process validation of Extra Power Pain Control caplets at manufacturing plant Wockhardt ltd. Daman. Revalidation was performed to ensure corrective actions to deliver finished product that meet at intermediate stage, finished product stage and possess laid down specification till claimed shelf life. Three consecutive batches were taken for the validation study. It provides a documented evidence for manufacturing process, critical process parameter and sampling plans.
