Key Clinical Message Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE), followed by hysteroscopic resection of the gestational products, could be a feasible option for the conservative management of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) in a woman with a previous history of uterine artery embolization (UAE) with coils for intractable hemorrhage after cesarean section.
